Our main mission is to help Garett beat lung cancer. We are going to start with helping Garett, Vicki, Griffin, and Westin with a little extra cash while Garett is off of work fighting this thing.
 
The only way we could get Garett to agree to GarettFest09 is if a portion of the proceeds would go to a cause called the Jodi Lou Cancer Fund.  This fund supports cancer medication research at  the UW- Cancer Center in Madison.  Jodi was a 34-year old wife and new mother from a nearby town with a cancer diagnosis very similar to Garett’s.   Jodi's family are still raising money today in hopes of sparing other families the kind of loss they’ve endured. A portion of the GarettFest09 proceeds will be donated to the Jodi Lou Cancer Foundation.

Cancer is a tough deal for anyone, but people survive it everyday. It is no different for Garett. He too, can beat it. Garett has raised thousands of dollars for the MS Society riding with Patti's Pedlars. Now it is our turn to help someone who has given of himself to other causes.

GarettFest09 will be a fun time and the proceeds will go to a great cause. This event will be put on by doners, sponsors, and volunteers who are commited to helping us put together a great event. We look forward to a day of fun and memories that will last forever. Your support is greatly appreciated.
